Return Eligibility
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days at no charge. Limit one used bottle per customer. Unused bottles may be returned within 30 days.

 

How to Request a Return
Send an email to info@kooldown.com and include Return in the subject line. Please include your Order ID and what items you would like to return. We will respond with shipping instructions. You are responsible for your own return shipping fee.
